Photographers Area Internet Returns Policy.
If you are a consumer you may cancel the contract within seven working days, starting the day after you have received the goods without having to give any reason.
Special Indication
You may not exercise the right to cancel in respect of the contracts for the provision of services if performance has begun, with your agreement, before the end of the seven working days period.

Consequences of Cancellation
Prior to the cancellation, you shall retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract. You are under the duty to take reasonable care to see that the returned goods are received by the supplier and not damaged in transit, but in other respects your duty to take care of the goods shall cease once you send them. You will be reimbursed for all amounts you have paid within thirty
days after the supplier has received your notice of cancellation.
Inadmissible
Returned goods without notice by telephone and / or use of our RMA- Number won't be accepted. Returned goods freight will be charged with a fee of £10.00. In the case of lost of packages we can't reimburse the purchase price. Goods which have been used or are no longer in original packaging can't be returned. The goods have to be sent back in their original packaging. If you do not accept the ordered goods we will charge you £20.00 for each denial of acceptance.
• Digital products can only be accepted if the software is still sealed.
• Audio, Video Tape and Memory Cards can only be accepted if the packaging is still sealed.
• This offer does not apply to developing and printing.
• A proof of purchase must be supplied.
• You must return any free gifts which came with the product.
• * Despatched, intransit or delivered orders.
After the cancellation period of 7 working days, unwanted goods will be accepted back at One Vision SHOP discretion, less postal charges, and will be subject to a Restocking Charge - 15% of the value of goods returned and will be returned to One Vision SHOP at your own cost.
